Return Policy 

Red Frog International Ltd offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all unused purchases*. Simply return the purchased item unused and in dispatch condition with all packaging intact and complete with instructions and accessories within 30 days for a full refund. We will refund all money paid excluding any delivery charges. We do not cover return postage charges

Steps for requesting a refund:

  1. Return the merchandise within a 30 days time frame, any item sent and stamped at the Post Office after the 30-day period will be refused.
  2. Please e-mail Red Frog when returning the item so we are aware of it and can issue you with a returns number. 
  3. Include the returns number issued to you on the outside of the package next to the address. Items without a returns number clearly displayed will be refused.
  4. Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition, in which the item was received along with a copy of your invoice.
  5. Insure the package and have a tracking number or proof of postage for it.

Proof of postage is not proof of receipt ensure you have a tracking facility on your returns.

Goods returned damaged for a refund will be examined and a reduced amount of refund applied dependent on the extent of damage to goods or missing accessories or packaging.All returns are opened under video conditions to clearly show no dubiety as to what has been received and its condition.

*Special Order Items
Items marked as (special order) within adverts are ordered specifically for the consumer concerned. Red Frog will not accept a return request on these "special order" items once they have been ordered unless damaged in transit.

Clearance Items

Items purchase from our clearance section are non-returnable and no refunds will be offered. Items are sold as described.
