HOW SHIPPING IS CALCULATED
Shipping is calculated on overall weight of your total order, if you are ordering one small item you will have the option of Royal Mail Large Letter untracked service. We have the cheapest rates to the UK. Above prices are for UK customers. Customers outside of UK Mainland can calculate shipping charges in the shopping basket, prior to final checkout. Weights of items are calculated in terms of volumetric weights so large light weight items may seem to be charged at higher than expected actual weight to take account of the size.
Small item Standard Postage sent by Royal Mail 48 Large Letter service. This is a 2-4 day service to UK Only and is restricted in weight.
UK Standard Postage will be by Hermes Tracked for smaller items and a carrier for larger items generally on a 3-5 working day service. If you would like a faster or alternative method of shipping you will have a selection of services to choose from at checkout, including next day delivery. Overseas customers products are sent by a range of carriers.
Damages Any damages to delivered goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt as

As we use PayPal for checkout, customers outside the UK can pay in there local currancy if you don't have a PayPal account don't worry you can simply pay with a debit or credit card. Returns We always want our customers to feel comfortable dealing with us, to this end we offer peace of mind by giving you a 30 day money back guarantee on unused items. If you wish to return an item just email us with your request within 14 days of purchase and you have a further 16 days to return the item. Please bear in mind that the item must be returned in dispatch condition with tags and stickers still attached and all packaging intact and accompanied with all accessories and instructions.
Out with the 30 day period if you have an item which has failed under guarantee, again email us and we will assist you.
Postal Protect Service. Our parcels are now sent using a postage protection service, an international database which is designed to allow all registered companies to identify postal addresses which are linked to multiple claims of none delivery of items. This system allows us to virtually eliminate loss of goods due to fraudulent claims and thus we can keep our prices very competitive.
Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of the goods and return them for a refund unless it is a non stock ( special order) item. A full refund will be issued provided the goods are returned unused, in dispatch condition and complete with all packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Return postage costs are at the buyers expense and non refundable.
Non stock (special order) items cannot be returned. These have been sourced specifically for customers and do not form part of Red Frog regular stock, for this reason non stock ( special order) items are clearly marked in our product pages
Archery Courses and Experiences Cancellations and modifications.
When booking an archery experience or course you will be informed of available dates / times. Once a date and time of a course has been sent to you by email you have 48 hours in which to reappoint a new date and time. No communication from you will be deemed to be an agreement to the allotted date and time booked. Should you subsequently not attend the date and time agreed, no other dates will be offered and money paid will not be refunded. If an event is booked at very short notice ie within 72 hours of the date / time booked the time allotted to reappoint will reduce to 24 hours.
We shoot in all weathers although the shooting line is under cover. Should you decide not to shoot on the day, for whatever reason ,and the event is still going ahead no refund or alternative dates will be offered.
A waiver form MUST be completed and handed in prior to shooting on the day by each participant, under 18's must have this countersigned by an adult over 18 years old. Participation in the event will not be permitted if the completed waiver form is not available to Red Frog staff. No refund or alternative date will be offered.
You will be informed of a time in advance of the event to arrive, this is to accommodate processing of paperwork so that it does not impinge upon the time of the event. Late arrival will impact on other participants and would cause other participants to wait until safety briefings, etc are repeated. For this reason late arrival cannot be accommodated and will result in the late participant not being allowed to shoot. No refund or alternative dates will be offered.
All fees are payable in advance of events and we cannot accept payment on the day.
If Red Frog staff have to cancel an event due to extreme weather or staff illness all participants will be offered alternative dates or a refund, dependent on event availability.
