What personal Data do we hold?

We hold your basic contact details such as your name, address, email address and telephone number. We also hold your order history and any electronic communication we have had with you. We DO NOT hold any card payment details; any card information given by telephone is immediately shredded on completion of the sale.

Where did this data come from?

From the information you entered on 3rd party sites such as PayPal, Klarna, Stripe, Amazon Pay and from the details you entered on our own website.

Who do we share this data with?

We share this data only with carrier/mail delivery companies in order to allow delivery of purchases to take place.

Data retention period

Any personal data is held by Red Frog for 6 years for accounting purposes.

Red Frog will respond to subject access requests promptly and in any event within a month of receiving the request. Red Frog do not seek consent to process personal data as we are passed individuals’ details by 3rd parties such as Amazon, ebay, PayPal and the individual will already have consented to their information being used solely for the purpose of completing the fulfillment of their order with us. Red Frog do not pass this information on to any 3rd parties apart from those specified in our Privacy Policy. All personal data is held on our internal computer system which is protected by proprietary anti-virus and anti-malware software. Only authorised staff have access to the computer system which is password protected. Any data breach would be reported to the ICO within 24 hours of becoming aware of the breach, the incident recorded in our breach log and consideration given as to whether we would need to notify our customers.
